Update About Our Translation Program in Partnership with Plenty Food Nederland
As you have been following our transition program, we are here to share with you more updates about our program of supporting former slaughterhouse workers in transitioning to veganic farming. Our team has been making efforts for months to educate and help former slaughterhouse workers learn about veganic farming. Our work is still ongoing. With your support, our initiative is still ongoing. Recently, the first group was supported – a group of women who had no land to plant. They were supported with roadside stands where they can sell plant-based vegetables and food to earn a living. Now, we have supported another group with seeds and skills as they start their journey in veganic farming.
We have supported the group with skills, hoes, and seeds, as it is planting season. This team has joined many veganic farmers in the world, transitioning from their ex-work in the slaughterhouse to veganic farming. All this initiative was supported by Plenty Food International and many individuals who are donating through our GoFundMe. We take this opportunity to thank each and everyone who has seen this as a great work and is adding their voice in the fight for creating justice for animals.
